Is there a limit to the number of property units I can add with the basic (free) version?

There is no limit to the number of properties / units you can add in the basic version.

For the premium plan, why is the annual price so much cheaper?

A large discount is given for pre-paying for the full year. This is more efficient for our processes and cuts down on transactions for billing each month.

How do I upgrade from the Basic to the Premium plan?

In the platform, navigate to Pre-Authorized Debit and complete the registration. This will upgrade you to the premium plan.

What is the main difference between the Basic and Premium plans?

Premium plan users can use our PAD system to automatically collect monthly rent, set up payment schedules, adjust amounts, create one-time transactions, and add multiple receiving bank accounts, accessing our full suite of payment automation tools.

Can I convert a Premium account to Enterprise?

Yes, but this is a manual process on our end. Please contact us and we can take care of this for you.

Is there a price difference for professional property managers versus independent landlords?

There is no price difference between being a solo landlord or a property manager.
