Which countries and territories does SLS service?
Basic accounts work everywhere; premium features are exclusive to Canadian residents.
What languages can I view my account in?
The platform is currently English-only, with language-switching planned for the future.
What type of payment methods does SLS accept from its users?
Annual subscriptions can be prepaid via e-transfer. Monthly subscriptions can be paid by credit card or direct bank withdrawal.
How does Streamline Landlord Service enable seamless rent payments from tenants to landlords or property managers?
On the Premium plan, Streamline’s Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) system enables tenants to authorize automatic monthly rent withdrawals. Landlords can schedule payments, adjust amounts, and process one-time transactions like damage deposits. Funds are securely transferred via Rotessa to the landlord’s bank account.
Does SLS have a mobile app?
Not yet. We plan to release one in the future. Currently our website works on mobile smart phones using a web browser.
Does SLS support commercial (non residential) properties?
Yes, you can create rental agreements for residential and commercial leases using the same process.
Can I ask my tenant to pay for the background check?
Yes, Premium users can access this feature, except in BC and Quebec due to regulations.
Does SLS hold Social Insurance numbers or Social Security numbes?
No. We do not collect this kind of information.
How can I be sure my personal information is secure on SLS?

Our platform uses end-to-end encryption, undergoes regular security reviews, and offers optional two-factor authentication for enhanced account protection.
