A large discount is given for pre-paying for the full year. This is more efficient for our processes and cuts down on transactions for billing each month.

In the platform, navigate to Pre-Authorized Debit and complete the registration. This will upgrade you to the premium plan.

Users of the Landlord Plus plan can use our PAD system to automatically collect rent from your tenants each month. Once approved, you can set up payment schedules, modify amounts when rent is to be raised, and create any one time transactions (if necessary). You can add as many receiving bank accounts as you’d like. In short, you gain access to our full suite of payment automation tools.
