As a landlord or property manager, you’re probably going to be using the same documents over and over again. A great example of this is an application form. While a lease will be specific to a certain property and tenant, application forms are usually somewhat generic.
The Blank Documents page allows you to upload these documents to keep for reference. If you set the Document Group to Application Package, you can easily add them to a prospect’s documents. Learn more about that here.
Start by uploading a file and setting it to be in the Application Package group.
Now, create a prospect, then open up that prospect’s documents dialog. You’ll see the application package files already there for you.
Managing blank documents is a fairly straightforward process. This is just a way to have a central repository of documents that you use over and over again, plus it enables you to have a certain set of documents automatically show up for each new prospect that is created.
