Q: How does the 3-month free trial work?
A: Your 3-month free trial begins the moment your first tenant successfully pays rent through our PAD system. That counts as Month 1.

For example, if your first PAD payment is on March 1st, you won’t be charged for any PAD transactions when our billing cycle runs in early April. You’ll receive three full billing cycles completely free.

You can add as many units as you want during the trial. Any NSF or chargeback fees still apply if they occur (these are charged by the bank, not StreamlineLS).

Q: Is there a limit to the number of property units I can add with the Basic (free) version?
A: No limit at all. You can add as many properties and units as you need.
Q: Why is the annual price for Premium so much cheaper?
A: You get a big discount for paying yearly because it is more efficient on our end and helps us plan better.
Q: How do I upgrade from Basic to Premium?
A: Inside the platform, go to Pre-Authorized Debit and complete the quick setup. This will change you to the Premium plan.
Q: Does the free trial start as soon as I switch to the Premium account type? Or can I apply for PAD now and start my free trial when it makes sense for me?
A: The free trial starts in the month where your first PAD payment occurs.

So if you apply for PAD this month, your free trial won’t start until you schedule at least one transaction.

Q: What’s the main difference between Basic and Premium?
A: Premium gives you automated PAD rent collection, big discounts on prospect screening, unlimited storage, QuickBooks sync, and Digital Document Signing via DocuSign.
Q: Can I convert a Premium account to Enterprise later?

A: Yes, just contact us and we’ll handle the switch for you.

Q: Is there a price difference for property managers vs individual landlords?
A: No difference at all. It’s the same pricing for everyone.

Q: Do I need a credit card to start the 3-month free trial?
A: Yes. You’ll need a credit card to start the trial, but you won’t be charged until the free period ends (or an NSF or chargeback occurs).
Q: What happens at the end of my 3-month free trial?
A: You will be automatically charged for the next billing cycle unless you cancel or downgrade before the trial ends. Each invoice will tell you how many free months of PAD are remaining.
Q: Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
A: Yes. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel or downgrade to Basic at any time from inside the platform.

Please note that if you are paying annually to get the 50% discount, that amount is non-refundable. But for monthly, you may cancel at any time.
