Your Friend Referred You – Earn Cash by Introducing Your Landlord to Us

Hey! Your friend just referred you to Streamline Landlord Service (StreamlineLS) because they want both of you to earn a nice referral bonus.

Here’s exactly how it works:

If your landlord joins StreamlineLS, adds their rental units, and collects rent through our platform for three months, you and your friend will each get a bonus.

The bonus is $20 per unit total, split 50/50 between the two of you.

There’s a minimum total payout of $200 (so you each get at least $100).

So if your landlord brings:

  • 1 unit → $100 for you + $100 for your friend
  • 50 units → $500 for you + $500 for your friend
  • 250 units → $2,500 for you + $2,500 for your friend

The more units your landlord manages, the bigger the payout for both of you.

Important note:

Your bonus is based on the number of units your landlord actually onboards and collects rent through our system for at least three months. They don’t have to add everything at once.

For example, even if they manage 100 units but start by adding only 10, you and your friend will each earn $100 after those 10 units have been active for three months. As they add more units later, you’ll automatically receive additional payouts for every new unit once they also meet the three-month requirement.

What is StreamlineLS?
