Help a Friend Join StreamlineLS: You Both Earn $200 or More

If you are already on StreamlineLS, you know how much simpler it makes renting. Automatic rent collection, your own tenant portal, faster maintenance responses, and clear digital receipts are all part of it.

Now you can share that same experience with a friend, and both of you can get paid.

Know a friend, family member, or coworker who rents from a landlord who is not using StreamlineLS yet? Pass this along and help their landlord switch. You will both earn a referral bonus when their landlord joins.

Here is exactly how it works.

When the landlord signs up, onboards their units, and collects rent through StreamlineLS for three consecutive months, you and your friend will each receive 50 percent of the total referral payout.

Payout amount:

$200 minimum or $20 per unit, whichever is higher.

See how it adds up:

• 1 to 5 units → $200 total ($100 each)
• 12 units → $240 total ($120 each)
• 50 units → $1,000 total ($500 each)
• 100 units → $2,000 total ($1,000 each)

If the landlord starts with a few units and adds more later, you will still get the minimum payout after the first three months. Any additional units they onboard will automatically increase the bonus for both of you once those units also meet the three-month requirement.

We send both payments by e-transfer within 30 days after the third month of rent collection.
